Happy birthday #12! On this day in 1948 Terry Paxton Bradshaw was born. The Blond Bomber was the first player selected in the 1970 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers and is a 4 time (IX, X, XIII, XIV) Super Bowl champion.

I love them! If you are going to pay homage to the past you can’t do it half way. The players need to start growing their handle bar moustaches NOW!

Happy b-day Mel Blount! The most bad ass corner ever to play the game. Back when Mel played (before Fantasy Football ruined the game) receivers didn’t wear dresses and you could actually hit them without drawing a penalty.

I love the shirts. I was just thinking that your making t-shirts of teams that vanished over 100 years ago, and sadly not a lot of sports fans know a lot of the region’s pro history outside of the Steelers/Pirates/Penguins. Just last summer I was in Pittsburgh for a Pirates game and wanted to see and take a picture of the historic marker and home plate from Exposition Park (located right between Heinz and PNC) and I asked the parking attendant where it was and sadly they never even heard of Exposition Park. - Bill P.
